He supports maintenance, repair, and replacement of Flagler Beach’s crumbling underground infrastructure and the need for modernizing water/sewer systems with smarter maintenance schedules. This includes prompt upgrades to lift stations, proactive maintenance cycles instead of crisis repairs, coordinating aggressively with county/state for available resources and reliable contractor oversight to ensure projects are completed correctly.

Stormwater Management & Residential Flooding 

He supports completing comprehensive upgrades by enacting stormwater study findings, implementing  maintenance schedules for ditches, swales, and stormwater structures, long-range stormwater capital planning, and aggressively seeking coordination with state/federal resiliency grant program.

Short-Term Rentals & Neighborhood Protection 

He supports the protection of residential character, strong enforcement of any and all applicable nuisance laws, accountability for owners and rental operators, balanced policy that respects property rights without sacrificing peace and safety with clear rules, fair enforcement, and transparent city oversight. Sun Trail Expansion Through Flagler Beach  

He supports connecting the existing north and south Sun Trail segments through Flagler Beach, ensuring a safe, continuous bike/pedestrian corridor by leveraging state and regional grants so Flagler Beach pays zero cost. This will increase walkability, safety, and small-business activity without compromising small-town character. 

Public Service & Community Safety 

He supports maintaining appropriate staffing for police and fire, ensuring up-to-date equipment, protecting response times as population pressure grows, and supporting first responders with policies that make their jobs easier, not harder.

Veterans Park: Management, Use, and Community Standards

He supports the beautification of the park itself, improving the park’s condition and purpose, installing convenient underground electrical services, eliminating existing eyesores, the solicitation of donors to replace existing park fountain, balanced event management, respectful use of public space, protecting the park’s condition - all the while ensuring community standards are upheld.

Small-City Preservation 

He supports maintaining small-town scale, disciplined growth management, protecting residential neighborhoods, avoiding unnecessary density or big-city features, and financial decisions that preserve the culture instead of reshaping it.
